Adults, ages 18 years and older, are vital to First Baptist Church of Newberry. As such, the following are opportunities for adults in engage in discipleship and fellowship for the glory of God.
Sunday morning bible study
The following bible study groups are held at First Baptist Church of Newberry on Sundays from 9:15 AM - 10:15 AM. Review each group information to learn more.
Mixed Adults
Ray Scott teaches the mixed adults group to men and women 18 years and older.
Young Adults
Sandy Paquette teaches the co-ed young adults group to singles and married couples, ages 18 - 30.
Senior Men's
Stan McKoy teaches the senior men's adults group.
Men's
Chad Arban teaches the men's group to men 18 years and older.
Dorcas by Faith
Betty McGraw teaches the Dorcas by Faith senior women's group. The class focuses on charity and good works.
Women's
Helen Smith teaches the women's group to women 18 years and older.
Wednesday Night Bible Study
Pastor Stephen Wilson leads the men and women 18 years and older through expository and topical lessons. The lessons provide real life application rooted in the Bible and Christian church history. The bible study is held at First Baptist Church of Newberry on Wednesday nights from 6:00 - 7:00 PM.
